Abdulrahman Atif & Ghanim Kashwani are close friend since college days. They like to discuss and talk a lot of things from Engineering till mindset, wellbeing, and mental health issue.
On Friday 20 March 2020, Atif & Ghanim were on Starbucks on Dubai Marina Mall talking about things to improve themselves. They were talking about podcasting and how podcast improving them. Ghanim suggests to Atif " Why not to open a podcast in Civil Engineering". Atif said yes, why not?
They start the podcast and here we are !!! a podcast that they talk about any topic they want to speak about Civil Engineering, welcoming and inviting people to talk about Civil Engineering topic they love.

Abdulrahman Atif worked in different in various engineering companies for nine years. He got his Master Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. He decided to start this podcast to talk about things he loves to speak about Civil Engineering. He is not perfect and he is keeping learning every single day and trying his best. He Hopes that with this podcast, it can help him benefit other people and Civil Engineering to improve them in their life and career.
Dr Ghanim Kashwani, UAE National, who got his PhD in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK, is the first Emirati to be Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng) (MICE) from Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), UK. Additionally, as an academic-industrial professional, Kashwani is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) (MSSE) and a Chartered Manager (CMgr) (MCMI), where he received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from American University of Sharjah (AUS). Kashwani has an industrial experience with major companies as he works as Team leader in Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) for several years. Moreover, as Chartered Scientist (CSci), UK, Kashwani publishes many papers in international journals in which his research interests include construction materials, safety engineering, and fire engineering
